With the changing world of HR and Legal - why build up all the Infotype/HR Master data in your SAP systems (especially if it tied to SuccessFactors in Hybrid mode) and data is still need for audit.
What do most people use as there "Retention" Policy for how long they hold onto date?
What would you use as "Residency" if you could archive HR Data?
