Hi everyone. I've posted this question in the HR Community - but I suspect you will have more insight.
A company is using SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SF modules in a hybrid solution - where HR master data and organizational structure are both in SuccessFactors, but Time/Payroll is in SAP ERP On-Premise.
The company wants to refresh their on-premise environment with the SuccessFactors Organizational Structure. This would affect workflows on-premise.
Have you encountered this integration scenario and, if so, how would you proceed.
One recommendation is to build a different workflow for approval outside of HR Organizational structure. I don't know if there's an easy answer.
