The description for Table T5UTC simply says "enter states in which you operate. This data will be used to populate the relevant tax authorities for your firm. To me, this reads that all applicable states must be entered here before the work and residence tax authority config can be completed. However, my T5UTC table does not have DE and DC for instance. But my residence tables T5UTA does have DE and DC. So the T5UTC must not be a pre-requisite. But I am not clear the purpose of T5UTC and how it is used if that is the case. Would appreciate a clarification on this matter.
