We are interested in understanding if anyone is using the Define validity period for personnel sub areas functionality (within Validity period for Org. Assign.)? We currently do not use this functionality and are looking for any input from those of you who are (as our drop-downs are becoming quite large).
In addition, we have always created new PSAs for new locations instead of re-using them. For example: we had a location in Seoul, KR which we no longer have employees in. Now we are wondering if we can re-use the same location (PSA) even though it would have a different address? Historically we have not done this, especially in the US given EEO reporting, US Taxes, and benefits. How do you handle this situation?
