    ITSM Proof of Concept, one remaining issue

      Hello,

       

      I'm very new to this communicty, but I have a rather burning question!

      Are there any customers who are using SAP Solution Manager's ITSM for Incidents/Problems/Service Requests, and on top of that Change Request Management with Maintenance Cycles, Normal, Administrative and Urgent corrections. And to get it even more difficult to answer ..... for Non-SAP and SAP applications.

       

      We (our company) have built a Proof of Concept for ITSM, including Service Requests and Service Orders, and all required transaction types with all kind of business requirements, and fulfilled them, but ..... the customer is not convinced of the performance for this POC system.

       

      They want to have a look at a "real" customer where incidents are entered by a CIC and handled as just any other ordinary service desk.

      We want to see ITSM in real live and discuss the performance, user interface, friendlyness of the system with them.

       

      If you have any lead for this, we can disucss a possible visit with SAP.
