    Is Change really Changing? Tell Us what You Think!

      In a recent Change Management panel discussion the Leadership 2.0 team tackled the issue:

      Keys to Managing Change when Change is Changing

      Over the course of the last decade, change has evolved and the perspective of those leading teams through change must adapt to respond to the evolution of the application of Change Management.  While there are bedrock issues that will always exist even as Change evolves, what adaptations are needed to get the job done? Let’s explore what will change look like in 3-5 years, how do you make change work? How are you managing change in an age of ‘the Millennial?”

      Industry news articles talk about how Millenials are shaking up the way companies manage change and training.... what are your experiences?

      Some interesting stats about Millenials:

      • By 2015, 75 percent of the world’s employees will be young people
      • Millennials believe the biggest barrier to innovation is management’s attitude;
      • Millennials believe the success of a business should be measured in terms of more than just its financial performance, with a focus on improving society among the most important things it should seek to achieve

      We want to know what you think - Do we need to adjust the ways in which we manage change to adapt to the way Millenials learn?
