    How do you handle Temporary Employees that we must train but don't pay in Payroll

      We have a need to create Temporary/Contract Employees in our SAP system so we can track our compliance for training.  We're thinking of tracking at a minimum their Job, Worksite and SSN (to prevent redundancy).


      Has anyone else had this issue?  How did you resolve it?  Is there additional information you track?


      How do you handle it if a "retired employee" becomes a "Temporary Employee"?
