    IT Calendar with Solution Manager 7.1

      I've enabled Technical Monitoring within our Solution Manager 7.1 system and have leveraged the IT Calendar within the Technical Administration work center.  I have decided to suspend monitoring for our Technical Systems during our regularly scheduled maintenance windows.

       

      However we continue to receive alerts from our Database systems during the maintenance windows.  I have tried to schedule seperate work modes for the Database systems but there is a conflict due to the schedule work mode for the Technical Systems.

       

      Has anyone else ran into this issue?
