Our HP QC application stopped working yesterday. Looking on the HP Server, I see that the HP QC service is opening but won't open. We have stopped and started the server but it won't open and the service is still openning.
Has anyone seen this before? Or have any suggestions?
Detail of issue:
Error Code 10061: Connection refused
Background: The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the gateway. This usually results from trying to
connect to a service that is inactive on the server.
Looking in the log files I see a couple of errors. One of which talks about exceeding the user quota for a specific HP project. It shows the quota as being "1". Not what I expected but I could change it if the site QC admin tool was available to me.

It appears the problem was a full logfile. Creating a new log file and restarting the application seemed to fix the issue.
