we recently upgrated to Version 8.82, Patch 5. Upon Testing and prior to going live, we noticed that our daily sales summary was not working. Our SAP partners were notified and escalated it to SAP. The response was it will work for patch 8. We then had them do a cystal report as this is our daily, detailed sales journal. We then went live. Regretfully, this report doers not work, as its very sporadic and at best it works sometimes, but usually not. We use windows XP on our desk tops and a couple of desktops have Windows 7. Has anyone run into this problem or can someone out there help us with any suggestions? Our current SAP business partner says this is not an SAP issue!?
