    SolMan-Helpdesk: User Checking of status on Notification

        From our ERP6 system, our user are able to create the Helpdesk Notifcation which is then automatically routed to Solution manager. However, there does NOT seem to be a way they could check the status of the notification from ERP6 itself?  Have anybody figure out how to do this?
