what SolMan functions does IT own/manage vs. that of what the Business owns during implemenation in the region of global template (HCM)?
Answer: the business owns the HCM org structure - is that what you mean?
how were organizatonal roles & responsibilities during both rollout and post-go-live agreed to most efficiently sustain your business?
Answer: we have a support center, with super users. We are a primary center of excellence - you may want to look at Customer Center of Excellence guidelines.
