Does any one have experience working with both SAP's Business Process Change Analyzer and Panaya's Support Package Automation?
Your input, literature and lessons learned comparing the two impact analysis tools would be helpful in understanding if the tools complement each other. Given the current features that each offers and ignoring purchase price, when is one product a better fit compared to the other.
We do not have a business process hierarchy. And use the HP suite for testing. We have custom changes to objects, configuration, data dictionary, methods, custom enhancements to standard code such as screen and user exit that we'd like to be able to identify during SAP support, upgrade and enhancement pack installs.
