Check Register quick view

    Anthony Flores

      Has anyone made or have access to a query that displays a check register to similar. We are looking for a one shot glance at balances and outgoing payments etc.

      Thanks

          Here is one I created. It is simple but works for us.

          SELECT T0.CheckKey, T0.CheckNum, T0.CheckDate, T0.VendorCode, T0.VendorName, T0.CheckSum FROM OCHO T0 WHERE T0.CheckDate >=[%0] AND  T0.CheckDate <=[%1]

          Hope this helps.

          Eric

            Eric,

            This might solve your problems with the XL Report Writer. We found that the issue was with each workstation and not the system software. Here is what we did to make it work.

            **Set MS Excel Macro security to low.

            Open the file "AutoOpen.xls" located in the C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\ExclDocs\ "***". The last section may be a folder if you are running multiple companies. Check the code, it should read as follows:

            Public Sub OpenExlFile(ExcelPath As String)
                Workbooks.OpenText FileName:=ExcelPath, _
                    Origin:=xlWindows, StartRow:=1, DataType:=xlDelimited, TextQualifier:= _
                    xlDoubleQuote, ConsecutiveDelimiter:=False, Tab:=True, Semicolon:=False, Local:=True

                Workbooks.Application.Columns.AutoFit
            End Sub

            Thanks,

            Anthony
