Our company implemented ERP several years ago. Plans are to implement mySAP CRM. To date, we have used Solution Manager very little. We have separate processes/systems for Project Mgmt, Test Mgmt, Change Mgmt, and Incident Mgmt. As with everyone, given tight project schedules and limited resources, what advantages/disadvantages would Sol Manager provide to the CRM implementation? What particular functions of Sol Manager would help accelerate our CRM implementation? Would a parallel initiative for using Sol Manager hinder or accelerate the CRM project?
