    Minuteman International, Inc was directed by their European head office to sustainably reduce inventory by 25% without adversely impacting customer service. Standard SAP Analytic tools as well as existing functionality in Demand Management, Production Planning Strategies and Capacity Planning inside SAP© were used in hopes to achieve the goals within a 12 month time frame.
