DT: Innovation at Scale Across Industries

    Hosted By: Digital Transformation

    Abstract:

Digital Transformation is much more than a technology play. It’s a key driver for the survival of businesses across every industry in every market in the world. For digital transformation and innovation to take place, it’s critical for businesses to understand where they are on the digital innovation journey. The question may not be one of how to begin a digital innovation strategy, but rather how to ensure a current digital innovation strategy is successful.

The future is about using technology such as machine learning, IoT, Big Data, blockchain, data intelligence, or predictive analytics to decide where to steer a business. We at Futurum Research believe that any company that is working on anything other than up-to-the-moment data is working in the past — where they’ll inevitably be left behind.

Without question, the innovation challenge exists because digital transformation cannot be solved with technology alone. It is the confluence of people and technology and an interdependence beyond anything that has been seen before that breathes life into the machine. When properly executed, the results have the potential to outperform markets, and position companies to dominate within their industries or even entire ecosystems in these uncertain times.

SAP Leonardo, SAP's digital innovation system, integrates these breakthrough technologies in the cloud. It offers design thinking methodology and best-practice expertise to help organizations with the human element.

In conversations with many of the world’s leading organizations, we’ve found that companies that have created cultures of innovation do three things consistently well. We’ll share those insights, and more, during this webcast.
