    UX6733: Weyerhaeuser’s User Experience Step-by-Step Process to Resolve Billing Issues - Weyerhaeuser created a billing corrections process that walks the user through seven different correction scenarios step by step. One example reduced the current return and resale process from 11 different transactions to a six-step process developed in SAPUI5. These processes were simplified enough so that less experienced people could resolve pricing or purchase order number changes.
