They include SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as solutions for onboarding, succession, learning, compensation, and analytics. A close collaboration between HR and IT included data migration, governance, and reporting as Ingalls moved to its first cloud solutions.
