Fred Walther is the Solution Consulting Manager with APOS Systems Inc., and works with a wide range of organizations to plan and deploy solutions to their BI content and BI platform management challenges. Fred has been working with Crystal Reports since version 3.x, has instructed many Crystal Reports classes, and consulted in countless Crystal Reports deployments over the years. Fred particularly enjoys working with Formulas to get the most out of the Crystal Reports product.
Mark Richardson is a BI-focused Chief Technology Officer with 17+ years of experience on the Crystal Reports 7.0 through Business Objects Enterprise (4.2) platforms. Most of his product focus is on high-volume Operational and Transactional reporting solutions for Public and Private Sector organizations in US and Canada. Mark is the Communication Chair for the ASUG Ontario chapter, an active member of the Ottawa and Toronto ASUG Chapters, a regular speaker at conferences and regional ASUG Chapter meetings, and a regular contributor to the BOB and SAP Community Network Forums.
