    The Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) SIG comprises of leading companies who are passionate about supply chain optimization and how SNC can help drive your company to an adaptive and agile supply chain network. SNC offers a 360 degree viewon direct material supply chain collaboration, offering a company ways to effectively collaborate with its customers, suppliers, third party logistics providers and outsourced manufacturing partners.

     

    This SIG has a process orientation, covering 3 key focus areas:

     

    • Supplier Collaboration (SC) upstream business processes- like Supplier Managed Inventory, Discrete purchase order management, Scheduling agreement release and web-based Kanban signals.
    • Customer Collaboration (CC) downstream business processes like responsive replenishment which represents the next generation in demand driven replenishment and collaboration.
    • Outsourced Manufacturing (OM) offers market leading capabilities for collaborating and monitoring contract manufacturing relationships like cross-tier visibility of inventory, supply and demand and a collaborative work order process that tracks work-in-progress, material consumption and BOM changes at the outsourced manufacturing partner.

    Customer forum to exchange ideas, processes and learning from SNC Implementation and Upgrade experience.

    Provide a platform for customers to share SNC best practices, pain points and non-standard solutions around supplier collaboration, customer collaboration and contract/outsourced manufacturing.
