    Mary Kosita is the Global Leader Talent Management & Development and a Strategic Partner for HR Technology at The Timken Company, responsible for talent management and associate development for 14,000 associates in 28 countries. With over 25 years at Timken, Mary has a broad portfolio of business knowledge and experience through positions in manufacturing, business management, human resources, and major project assignments (SAP ERP business readiness, SuccessFactors HCM Platform implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and major human resource initiatives). She is recognized as a strategic business leader for business process advancement, HR technology strategy, and organizational design and development, and managing change, having been a feature speaker on cloud-based HR technology and applications. Mary enjoys sharing her experiences with others to build a stronger community of best practices with a focus on inclusive that enables diversity of thought, knowledge and abilities. Her career has been developed through self-motivation and results-driven focus demonstrating the ability to influence and enable exceptional team effectiveness at all levels. Mary is a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management.

He is responsible for ensuring the delivery success of Accenture Software for HCM's products and services including the new suite of productivity tools for SuccessFactors built on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform. During his tenure at Accenture, Ari has also developed deep expertise in the areas of Payroll and Time Management on global SAP HCM implementations.
