    SAP Customer Connection Program - Updates


    • Take your chance and actively contribute Focus Topics currently being open
      for Collection (use specific links to be redirected to the respective project’s workspace on the Customer Influence platform).
      Remember: your subscriptions count - the higher your participation the better!

    • Important information regarding the new Customer Influence site

      As previously announced in our former newsletters, the new Customer
      Influence site
      has already be launched on  Mar. 10, 2014 and is provided
      in parallel to the former platform for a few weeks. Currently, merging
      activities take place in order to provide you a smooth and easy transition
      without causing any inconveniences.


    • What does it mean for you?
      • New projects
        (starting after Mar. 10, 2014) will be accessible on the new site only –
        reachable under
        • Existing user accounts have also
          been migrated – you can easily use your current user credentials to log on to
          the new Customer Influence site from Monday on.
      • Already started projects
        • During the planned synchronization
          in April, the site will not be accessible for a couple of hours.
        • Links to older projects will be
          redirected to the new location automatically after the transition activities
          have been conducted.  
        • After transition has been fully
          conducted, all projects will be available for you as usual under – as one single
          platform used by the SAP Customer Connection Program as well as the Customer
          Engagement Initiative at the same time.

      Connection Program
      . As a member of a regional SAP User Group, you have the
      chance to closely cooperate with your SIG lead to ensure the privilege to
      nominate and request specific Focus Topic projects
      of your urgent priority
      (this privilege is granted to SAP User Groups only). Use this opportunity Therefore, please ask your SIG lead for more information on this.
