The Department of Interior (DOI) experienced various barriers implementing and maintaining the agencies SAP solution. Reducing the total cost of ownership, increasing business continuity, and improving innovation are all key challenges mandated by leadership. The presentation team, which includes DOI resources, SAP Max Attention, and CACI, Inc., began the implementation journey deploying Solution Documentation, Charm, Test Management, and the ITSM integration capabilities. Their success is being baselined and tracked, strategically utilizing the Solution Manager 7.1 Business Process Analytics tool along with the process and procedures found in SAP ALM & RSLAF.
