APO Usability Influence Session
Review of SAP’s goals to enhance the SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (SAP APO) component end-user experience by addressing usability gaps and simulation capabilities. Feedback and discussions from customers are welcome. Screens being reviewed as part of the user-interface (UI) redesign include the following: Interactive planning in DP and SNP, product and resource planning table and graphical planning board in PP/DS, interactive back order processing in gATP, alert monitor.
CRM Interaction Center Influence Council
Meet with SAP product management to discuss and influence the product roadmap for the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) Interaction Center (IC). Topics include: High-performance agent inbox and transaction search/assignment, fast and easy account identification, Cockpit / dashboard for IC manager role, Improved process for authoring emails and using email templates in IC , support for widgets, social SAP CRM, Web 2.0. Other ideas are also welcome.
Dashboarding Influence Council
The focus of the Dashboarding Influence Council will be to document areas for improvement, identify issues that are occurring with the system, and work with the SAP BusinessObjects product development team to prioritize the issues and improve future product releases.
Data Protection & Privacy and Information Lifecycle Management Influence Council
This is an Influence Council to discuss the need for the following related areas: Archiving HR data, retention management with SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management component [SAP ILM], data protection and privacy requirements and their solutions.
ERP Consolidation – SAP Standardization, Consolidation and Harmonization (SHC)
Emerging demands and changing business requirements are driving organizations to realign their corporate structures, which often translates into IT-based activities. Therefore, companies are looking for new ways to align their existing system landscape after restructuring their business, update existing processes, or integrate acquired companies into their existing system landscape. This ASUG Influence Council will provide some insights into the upcoming developments at SAP around standardization, consolidation & harmonization (SHC) products and services. We will outline the development plans and road map and have an interactive discussion.
ERP FIN Usability Research Influence Council
In this Council, customers can discuss their concerns about usability of SAP ERP Financials solution, their proposals how to improve usability, and their willingness to work closer together on this topic.
Information Management Influence Council
The Information Management Influence Council will have a working meeting on topics/strategies for the next set of releases of the information management (IM) set of software tools. This will be an extension of the virtual work that the Information Management influence council team members have conducted so far.
SAP Treasury and Risk Management Influence Council
This Council aims at identification and management of market and credit risks with risk analyzers in SAP Treasury and Risk Management. Overview of tools in market risk analyzer like value at risk (VaR), Sensitivity analysis and net present value (NPV) calculation, Credit risk analyzer to define and manage limits on financial transactions and use of portfolio analyzer to calculate the performance of investments portfolios. Reporting of financial risks with results database and optimizing risks and returns in a portfolio.
Security and Data Protection Demands
More and more legal requirements extent the liability of enterprises to comply with legal requirements of data protection and privacy, security aspects and certifications. This is especially true of security sensitive industries like banking, phamaceuticals and others are faced with an increasing number of local and international regulations. Solution Manager Technical Reporting Influence Council
This Influence Council will address and discuss the critical requirements for the Technical Reporting in 2010 Solution Manager releases. We will evaluate the current planned capability and define additional requirements for generated documents (EWA and SLR) as well as Interactive Reporting including Standard Reporting and Customer Specific Reporting.
