To help members understand their options in the new SAP Tiered Support Model, ASUG launched the AGENT Series -- a comprehensive education and influence program, with a Webcast series that started in February. The Webcasts were intended to help customers learn more about their options and meet their Support Model choice deadline of March 15, 2010.
“We established the AGENT Series to dramatically improve our customers’ understanding of their SAP maintenance solution options and to help them make informed decisions about which system best meets their business needs,” said Tracy Barrett-Franken, ASUG’s Vice President of Communities and Knowledge Management.

The AGENT Series also included a series of online surveys to collect customer feedback at various points in the process to measure overall satisfaction with the program and ensure customers understand how to benchmark the ongoing value of their preferred support option.
