How do you get what you want, what you need out of your SAP SuccessFactors' Performance Management Product?

This regular forum is open to the Human Resources Community members who are using SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, who have experience in implementing and managing the product, or who have plans in place to use the product in the near future.  
In the true sense of a potluck, you bring a little something and get a lot in return. Join the calls to connect person-to-person with other like-minded professionals. Ask your questions to experts, share your experiences or begin planning your road map for implementation. Calls will focus on customer knowledge sharing.
The outcomes of our discussions will be
(1) a better understanding of how to maximize your use of the Performance and Goals product,
(2) knowledge sharing on strategies and best practices, and
(3) influence on the future direction of the product as contributors to the SAP SuccessFactors Product Advisory Board and SAP Product Managers.
Partners with experience in implementing are welcome to contribute to the content and knowledge sharing. 
All are reminded of our code of conduct and the imperative to maintain the confidentiality of information shared on these calls.
To ensure a productive,hour long conversation, participants should join the call prepared with questions, a willingness to help answer questions of others and to actively participate in influence work-sessions with SAP SuccessFactors.
