From SAP: Customer Connection for ERP HCM - Selection Call Webinar

 

Dear ERP HCM customers,

 

We would like to invite you to the SELECTION CALL WEBINAR for the following Customer Connection ERP HCM projects. ERP HCM - Core Components ERP HCM - LSO, Benefits, Cost Planning ERP HCM - Time, Fiori, Self Service ESS/MSS

 

In this webinar, SAP will explain which of the submitted Improvement Requests are planned for development. We will also discuss the reasons for rejection of requests, and next steps in the development process.

 

The webinar takes place on: Friday, December 1, 2017, Dial in and registration details are attached.

The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative gives you early insights into new SAP product development. Afterwards, product managers will ask for the participants’ honest assessment,
input, and ideas.

  • Participate in remote or on-site sessions to discuss ideas and see if they fit customer requirements
  • Collaborate with SAP product management to shape new product features
  • Build a network with other SAP customers and partners using the same product

SAP Customer Connection works in projects with a fixed product scope and timeline. In these projects, SAP customers collect improvement requests for SAP products in mainstream maintenance. The SAP team
will consider requests with a minimum of 5 supporting (voting) customers, and deliver accepted requests via SAP Notes and Support Packages.
