As we are now live on the Customer Influence site, SAP wants to provide a feedback channel for users who to want to provide feedback.  We have set up an area directly on the Customer Influence site to collect the feedback and address it.  The link is:


Users can:

  • Provide general feedback
  • Ask questions
  • Submit improvement requests
  • Get updates on the tool via our blog posts
  • Access help resources
  • Raise potential issues *


We check all submissions on a weekly basis, and will be reviewing improvement requests more in depth once a quarter.
We are currently on a review phase and will keep you informed about the status of the improvement requests to date early November.


We recommend that you “Follow” the session is they wish to get general updates on the site, like new features coming in.

An exciting opportunity to influence SAP has begun with the third cycle of the 2017 SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI).   The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative gives you early insights into new SAP product developments. Afterwards, product managers will ask for the participants’ honest assessment, input, and ideas.

  • Participate in remote or on-site sessions to discuss ideas and see if they fit customer requirements
  • Collaborate with SAP product management to shape new product features
  • Build a network with other SAP customers and partners using the same product


We are offer interesting opportunities for customers to influence across different industries but also cover S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and Blockchain just to name a few.  A complete list is attached here for your reference.  You can see a complete list of all projects online if you click here to access the SAP Customer Influence site (  A quick guide on how to Register for a CEI topic is also available. The projects will be open for customer registration until November 10th.

SAP Customer Connection works in projects with a fixed product scope and timeline. In these projects, SAP customers collect improvement requests for SAP products in mainstream maintenance. The SAP team will consider requests with a minimum of 5 supporting (voting) customers, and deliver accepted requests via SAP Notes and Support Packages.
